STORE POLICY
Due to high incidence of return fraud on luxury items (such as wearing an item for a week or for photos and then returning it), no refunds, exchanges or returns are accepted on items purchased at GildedMotion.com. Authenticity issues are of course the exception to this policy. Please read below:
Authenticity guarantee: We guarantee that every item purchased on GildedMotion.com is 100% authentic. In the extremely unlikely event you purchase an item that is found to be inauthentic, you are entitled to a full refund within one year of the date your purchased your item. Generally such disputes are handled by the seller filing a claim with the authenticator on behalf of the buyer. Entrupy, the authenticator we use to authenticate all of our bags and wallets, has a money back guarantee that protects buyers in the event an item authenticated by Entrupy is found to be inauthentic. Refunds are subject to buyer providing documented proof of an item’s inauthenticity as well as Entrupy’s approval of the claim.
We ask that all customers thoroughly examine an item’s photos and read item’s descriptions in their entirety prior to purchase. All of our item’s are pre-loved. Please understand that while we package and ship with care to give buyers a boutique-adjacent experience, we are not the Louis Vuitton store. We provide branded boxes and dust bags when available. In general, if the item’s description does not indicate a branded box or dust bag is included, assume it is not.
